Hi, I'm Oktarian! I'm a software engineer at Palantir, based in London. I previously studied computer science at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. I enjoy solving product and backend problems that enhance user experience and focus on the needs of our users and customers.
Palantir ● Since August 2023 ● London, UK
Since joining Palantir I have been working on Apollo, Palantir's CI/CD deployment platform, which has evolved from an internal tool to powering key Palantir offerings such as Mission Manager and FedStart.
My team is responsible for all key concepts of the platform, and our orchestration engines orchestrates thousands of deployments every day, across multiple regions and accredition boundaries, in a safe and secure manner.
I have owned projects accross the platform to develop new capabilities, resolve performance bottlenecks, and drive further adoption as both the internal usage of the platform grows, and as we onboard new external customers like Grafana and Anthropic.
I'm actively involved in driving the product direction of the platform, partnering with key stakeholders and design partners to drive a UX-led approach to our product development.

I enjoy traveling, relaxing by watching tv series or movies and spending time with my friends. Traveling is an integral part of my way of life, it has allowed me to gain a better understanding of the world we live in, discover new cultures and make new friends. I collect magnets of every new location I visit (I have over 300!).
I also enjoy water sports as well as hiking and skiing. I also spend a lot of time exploring new topics in the software engineering world.
